No Guarantee: Submitting your information on our Site does not guarantee that you will be connected with a Lender, that a Lender will offer you a loan, or that you will be approved for a loan. Interest rates and terms are determined solely by the Lender based on their policies and your creditworthiness.
The Site and our services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are legal residents of the United States. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

By submitting a loan request, you understand and agree that independent Lenders in our network may verify your social security number, driver’s license number, or other federal or state identification, and review your credit worthiness through national databases including Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, and other credit bureaus to determine your eligibility for a loan.
Our Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Acorn America. Once you are redirected to a Lender's website, you are no longer on our Site.
Acorn America has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Acorn America shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
